OC Mommy Blogger Tribe Brunch at Eureka! in Irvine, CA

It was a long time coming, the opening of the OC Mommy Blogger Tribe. But, for a while, I hesitated to grow too fast. Then one day, everything fell into place. Jen Lewis of The Happiest Jen on Earth, and Monica Villa of Monica Plus 2, were just the puzzle pieces I needed to make this beautiful tribe work.

We launched late January 2020, and had our first event, a delicious brunch at Eureka! in Irvine, CA, February 9th. It was quite a proud moment for me, to attend a tribe event that I did not have to organize myself. The beauty of the OC Mommy Blogger Tribe is that their leadership, my amazing managing members, Monica and Jen, are two incredible go-getters. They are professional, they are warm, and they know how to run this fabulous new tribe of ours.

The location was chic, modern and most certainly picture worthy.

The drive from Los Angeles to Irvine was not a short one for me, but I have to say, the incredible food, mouth-watering drinks, and the company of the OC Mommy Blogger Tribe blogger mamas, was well worth it.

As a matter of fact, the food and ambiance at Eureka! Irvine were so memorable, that I had to research their other locations. With 26 locations, I am excited to say I will be dining at Eureka! quite often.

We had a great time getting to know each other, laughing and enjoying the staff, food and drinks at Eureka!

My two favorites of the day were the Fried Chicken (I'm not a huge fan of chicken, but this chicken was to die for), and the Penicillin cocktail, which was not overly sweet, light, smooth and refreshing.

Eureka! Irvine, was the perfect locations to host the OC Mommy Blogger Tribe's very first event. I could NOT be happier with how fun and delicious our fab brunch turned out.
