Pregnancy, Heart Burn, Indigestion and Post Baby Tummy Troubles

Throughout both of my pregnancies, heartburn and indigestion were my constant tormentors. Twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, for nine very long months, it burned! It burned so bad that stomach acid would back up into my throat when I laid down at night. It was the pits!
I was constantly popping pills to help because I, quite literally, could not sleep at night. Then, almost immediately following the birth of both boys, it disappeared.
Well, forward five years and it's back full force. Not constant like it was during pregnancy, but after I eat certain foods, or don't eat in time. It's rough. To be honest, it gets in the way of time spent with my boys.
So I've been looking for a homeopathic way to alleviate my heartburn and indigestion. I've never been a fan of having to take medication, so anytime I can go homeopathic, I choose that route. And when I think of homeopathic medicine, Boiron, the world leader in homeopathic medicine, always comes to mind.
Acidil temporarily relieves my heartburn and indigestion, has no known drug interactions and has no restrictions on when it can be taken.* So, I sometimes take it before a meal that I know will cause problems, and other times after. I love that I don't have to think ahead, but if I do, it will work just as well. And the beautiful thing about Acidil is that it does not contain ingredients that will cause you to become constipated, as many other otc antacids do.
Another great Boiron medicine is Gasalia. It relieves bloating and pressure associated with gas. Just like Acidil, there are no known drug interactions, no restrictions on when it can be taken and both are quick dissolving tablets that go under the tongue to provide quick relief, so that I can have fun with my kids.
I am grateful to have found Acidil and Gasalia for all of my and my family's tummy issues, and wish I had known about it when I was pregnant. Homeopathic is the way to go, and in my opinion, there is no better brand than Boiron.

This is good to know. I will keep in mind when I have kids.
I never experienced this after my pregnancy but I bet this will be very helpful for a lot of other new mamas. Great info!
For all my pregnancy I suffered with morning sickness, or all day sickness as I called it. It was horrible! Im glad you have found something that works for you.
