SD Mommy Blogger Tribe's Family Dinner at Farmer's Bottega

There are two things that I absolutely love in this world, good food and good company. When coupled with family, these things become the stuff of life!

There is just something about sitting at a table, enjoying a delicious meal, surrounded by family and friends. To me, it does not get much better than that.

My boys, hubby and I got to experience such a night, a couple of weeks ago, at Farmer's Bottega in San Diego, when we joined some of the Blogger Mama's of the SD Mommy Blogger Tribe, and their families for dinner.

What a night. The wine, the food, the conversation, and even the weather was perfect!

I have to say what an absolute pleasure it was to see my boys devouring their food, like they never do. You know a restaurant is good, when the kids only stop eating long enough to give you a thumbs up.

The restaurant is adorable, but on a night such as the one we had, I highly suggest the restaurant's lovely brick laid back patio. The intimate, yet lively atmosphere is a conduit for amazing conversation. It made for easy introductions and lots of fun getting to know each other's families.

But if I had to pick one reason to dine at Farmer's Bottega, my reason would be this...

This meal fed me, my husband, and my 5 year old son. The meat fell off the bone and melted in your mouth, and I will not make another trip to San Diego without making a stop at Farmer's Bottega!
